Program Policies

• Advanced registration required for all programs.
• Payment is due at registration.
• Please attempt to arrive on time since programs begin at the scheduled time.
• $5.00 cancellation fee has been added for programs over $50.
• 50% refundable if cancelled in writing one week before event or we will attempt to place you in a similar program within the next 3 months.
• Refunds cannot be given for no-shows or without prior notification.
• Cancellation may be sent to education@sazoo-aq.org or faxed to 734-6989.
• The Education Department reserves the right to cancel programs with insufficient registration. Registrants will be notified and issued full refunds.
• Space is limited for all programs. Register early to assure your spot.
