Interested in a career at the Zoo or working with animals? Spend the morning with Zoo staff learning about what they do, requirements of the job, plus the challenges and rewards of working with animals.

Join the Zoo’s chapter of Jane Goodall’s Roots and Shoots, and get involved in fun conservation activities each month. Drop off program; parents not required to stay.

Calling all scouts! Come hike the Zoo as the sun sets and the skies fill with darkness. Great opportunity to explore the wildlife while discovering fascinating facts about nocturnal animals.

Special Home School programs include animal presentations, activities and a topic related tour.

First Time Offered! Celebrate Earth Day with a special overnight at the Zoo just for home school families! Participate in a family-themed activity and night tour of the Zoo. An evening snack and light breakfast are provided. Enjoy a special morning animal presentation and then spend the rest of the day in the Zoo working on your classroom activities.
